These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and bl77. By accessing bl77.biz, completing the registration process, logging into your Account, or using any service provided by bl77, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This acceptance is effective from the moment of your first interaction with the Platform.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the bl77 Platform and, if already registered, contact bl77 support to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
This Agreement is made in the English language. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from translation into another language, the English version shall prevail. The governing jurisdiction for this Agreement is the Republic of the Philippines.
3.1 Eligibility Requirements. To register and maintain an Account at bl77, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

To open a bl77 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your Philippine mobile number, date of birth, full legal name, and create a secure password. You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of this Agreement.
3.3 One Account Per Player. Each natural person may maintain only one registered Account at bl77. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.4 KYC Verification. bl77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including as a condition of account activation, withdrawal processing, or in response to suspicious activity. Accepted documents include valid Philippine government-issued identification: PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS card, passport, and driver's license. Failure to complete KYC within the period stipulated by bl77 may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time password (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number. bl77 will never ask for your password or OTP via email, chat, or telephone. Do not share your credentials with any person.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify bl77 immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. bl77 will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your Account, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.3 Device Responsibility. When accessing bl77 from a shared or public device, you must log out of your Account at the conclusion of each session. bl77 is not responsible for consequences arising from failure to log out on shared devices.

5.2 Deposit Terms. All deposits to your bl77 Account must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own legal name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — are prohibited and will result in Account suspension and refund of the offending deposit less any applicable transaction costs.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal of funds from your bl77 Account is subject to the following conditions: (a) completion of KYC identity verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Balances; (c) the absence of any pending investigation into the Account; and (d) withdrawal to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, where technically feasible.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. bl77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership. Processing of withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of such verification.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by bl77 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are disclosed in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. The general terms in this section apply to all bl77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Balances credited to a bl77 Account must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any portion of the Bonus Balance, or winnings derived from Bonus Balance play, becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a Wagering Requirement of 30x applied to a ₱500 bonus means the Player must place ₱15,000 in total eligible wagers before the Bonus Balance converts to withdrawable funds.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games on the bl77 Platform contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. The standard contribution rates are as follows, unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Balances that are not wagered within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired Bonus Balances are not recoverable and bl77 has no obligation to reinstate them.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. bl77 reserves the right to void Bonus Balances and any associated winnings, and to suspend an Account, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, registration of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic play designed to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements (commonly known as "hedge betting" or "matched betting"), or exploitation of promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
6.6 Eligibility. Bonuses at bl77 are available to Players aged 21 and above only. One bonus account per household, IP address, and device applies. bl77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the bl77 Platform is governed by specific game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game rules before placing wagers. bl77 is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
7.2 Random Number Generators. All non-live games on the bl77 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG algorithms are independently tested and certified by approved testing laboratories. bl77 does not alter game configurations from their certified settings.
7.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game or platform malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous balance credit, bl77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and restore the Account to its balance prior to the malfunction. No Player is entitled to retain winnings arising from a verified malfunction. bl77 will notify affected Players of any balance adjustments made under this clause.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits. All games on the bl77 Platform are subject to minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game. Placing wagers outside displayed limits is not possible via normal platform functionality. Maximum payout limits per single game round apply and are disclosed in individual game help sections.
7.5 Live Dealer Games. For Ezugi Live Dealer games on bl77, the decision of the live dealer is final in all matters governed by the live game rules. Video stream quality and real-time connectivity are subject to network conditions. bl77 does not accept liability for losses arising from interrupted connectivity during a live game session where the session can be reconstructed from server records.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bl77 Platform. Breach of any item in this Section constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and potential reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

By accepting these Terms, you consent to bl77's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications where you have opted in. 12.1 Service Availability. bl77 endeavors to maintain continuous, uninterrupted platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and circumstances beyond bl77's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. bl77 shall not be liable for any loss of gaming opportunity arising from service interruptions, including potential winnings on games that could not be completed due to a technical failure.
12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, bl77's total liability to any Player arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bl77 shall not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive losses of any nature.
12.3 Player Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that participation in real-money gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. bl77 does not guarantee any return on gaming activity. 13.1 bl77-Initiated Closure. bl77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where: (a) bl77 reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement; (b) bl77 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (c) bl77 determines that continued operation of the Account presents a risk of harm to bl77 or third parties; or (d) the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance.
13.2 Balance on Closure. Where bl77 closes an Account for reasons not related to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recent withdrawal-eligible payment method on record. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure under any circumstances.
13.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting bl77 support via live chat. Before closing the Account, bl77 will confirm the withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance. Accounts closed at Player request may be reopened after a minimum of 30 days, subject to re-verification, unless the Player has requested self-exclusion, in which case the closure is permanent.

If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 PAGCOR Jurisdiction. Players who believe that bl77 has acted in violation of its regulatory obligations may also lodge a complaint with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR website and regulatory channels.
bl77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via a notification displayed on the Platform or via SMS to the registered mobile number, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter Player rights or obligations, and additions of defined terms — may take effect immediately upon publication at bl77.biz/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent substantive amendment.
Your continued use of the bl77 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment effective date.
